I took my 01 Chrysler Town and country with a check engine light on. The told me the best and worst case scenario right off the bat. They managed to fix it faster than they said and quote me a fair price.

My 2007 Caddilac CTS had some major transmission issues Paul and his team did an awesome job rebuilding it and after 2 months it's still running great.

Not only did they do a great job fixing my van's ABS system but they went beyond just doing the job to excellent customer service! They worked around my schedule, fixed another problem that wasn't at first obvious without charging me more labor cost and completely restored my faith in good, honest auto mechanics! You won't be disappointed with these guys; they're awesome!

I was very impressed by the kind way the staff treated my husband and I. Our van broke down a long way from home and I was very upset. Jim at the front desk, was very kind. He offered me tissues and called for a rental car for us and even got us a discount! The van was repaired with in two business days and we were able to pick it up with no problems at all. The service was Great, the van runs perfectly, and the kindness of the staff left a lasting impression. My '92 Miata needed a tune-up to make it through DEQ. Not only did they give it a good tune-up, they took it through DEQ for me. My car now runs better and get's better mileage by 3 miles per gallon. Nice job guys.
I was headed out to pick up my car & they were getting ready to close & I found out one of the guys had a family emergency but he not only came back, after hours, but came & picked me when my bus died! He went way above & beyond the call of duty & I SO APPRECIATE that type of service!! It is absolutely INVALUABLE in this day & age when are schedules are all so full & crazy. They were very polite, and provided me with the information that I needed to know about my vehicle. I got my vehicle returned to me in a timely manner. A couple things were not perfect, but they took it back with no hesitations and made it right!! Thank you Aamco :-)

I believe it was Rick, the assistant manager, that worked with. I told him about my move to Texas coming up soon and he and his crew rotated my tires, checked brakes, and put in new license plate lights for me with out an additional charge. This made so many things easier for me as I a prepare for my move, it saved me a day or two of running around for certain. Thanks!

I had a great experience with Aamco. My husband and I share a car, and both work during the week days, which makes it difficult to leave the car to get work done. Aamco let me drop my car off one night after I got off work, so that it could be worked on the next day. They made sure I still had a way to get home, and get to work the next day (which was much appreciated). The next day, they kept me well informed of what was wrong with my car, and addressed and fixed all the problems. Since I couldn't make it there to pick my car up before Aamco closed, they let me pay over the phone and left me everything I needed to pick my car up after hours. It was the easiest, least stressful experience I've had when it comes to car service. Thank you!

Great on customer service. The staff were always nice and helpful and the original quote I received was very accurate with no additional surprises later. I'm very happy with my new clutch and resurfaced flywheel (which saved me over 1k vs a new one) on my 98 Audi A4. I definitely know what shop I'll go to when I need it next.

I took our Van in for a small drip that we had in the transmission seal. The problem was fixed promptly under warranty and the tech also found a leak in our radiator and explained to me what would have to be done to replace it. Jim (manager) gave me an estimate to replace the radiator and had it fixed by the end of the next business day. I felt that I was treated fair and each of the three customers that came in while I was waiting were treated the same way.
Thank you for making me a priority as an out of town guest as I was on a very tight schedule and did not anticipate car trouble. The tow truck service was also quite prompt.
They definitely make me feel like they put the customer first, they always keep me updated on whats going on. they get down to the problem and diagnose it right, and one time they even drove me home because my car would be in the shop for awhile. definitely going back

brought my truck in a week ago to get the check engine light checked out and they flushed the transmission, replaced the gasket, and other minor repairs. The transmission was slipping gears at the time and the error codes told us that. They were up front and told me that the flushing and such may not fix the problem and I should test pulling my trailer before I go on my hunting trip. I did that last weekend and the light came back on with the same errors and slipping. They went through the transmission and found that it needed to be re-built. I was not in a position to afford such an expense all at once, but they worked with me to make payments. They were very honest and up front about everything. They told me the truck would be done by Wednesday (Two Days) and they got it done Wednesday morning as promised. They also have one of the best warranties I found out there (10 years and unlimited miles). I felt it was a very professional experience and they helped drop my stress
Service is always friendly, done on time, and I have had issues with my car that they handled with honesty and integrity--and at a great price. On one of my cars, I brought it in fully thinking I needed a new head gasket, which is what two other mechanics had told me, so they could have done the job and taken the money--no questions asked... but instead they pointed out I didn't need one. Saved me a lot.

Yes the service was great, in the past the sensor was acting up the dodge dealership charged me $452.00 plus I paid for a rental car for a week another$ 175 only for them to not replace the part but stated they ajusted it. Soooo it has been a great relief to find somewhere I feel I can get honest service I will be in for all of my car needs. Kurt u have a great team thank u again :)

There was some trouble and a small thing took a lot longer than it should have but it as to no fault of their own and they did their best. They were always polite and friendly, and even gave me advice on how to do something myself to save me money. Great guys!

I have used AAMCO down in Eugene for a few years now because they gained my trust a long time ago. Now I am living in Beaverton and so far have the same awesome service from the Tigard AAMCO.
I first came to the Aamco Tigard in July of 2009 in need of a new/rebuilt transmission. I came in a few months later with a different issue. I had such a positive experience with them that I now use them almost exclusively for the various car issues that come up-- issues that often have nothing to do with my transmission. I've found them to be very willing to explain what's wrong with my car (often needed :)), get to the core of the problem, answer my questions, and give me a fair rate for fixing the issue. I've received excellent customer service from Jeff, Kurt, and the guys working on the cars. I have found them to be nothing but honest, helpful, and friendly, and this keeps me coming back to them!
AAMCO has great fast service and they always put me at ease. I will continue to bring my car there.
